You can delete your ChatPub account by sending a message to support.
On iOS and Android
To delete your account, please follow the below steps:
Open your ChatPub app
Click on Settings
Select Contact Us
Send us a message for delete account request
Once we receive your message, it can take 7 business days to process your request. You will receive a confirmation reply once it's completed.
About your account data
When we receive a delete account request from you, all of the following data associated with your account will be deleted (including, but not limited to):
email
password
authentication method
user identifiers
display name
profile pictures
preferences and settings
chat history
uploaded files and images
